Job Title: SEO Specialist Company: VI Digital Coordination Office: WovoMarketing Location: Agra Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who has experience working with service-based businesses and understands lead-generation SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should be capable of improving search rankings, generating qualified leads, and optimizing websites for US/UK markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Experience with Service-Based Businesses • Work with industries such as plumbing, HVAC, dental, legal, home services, and marketing agencies. • Implement SEO strategies focused on lead generation and conversion, not just website traffic. 2. Local SEO Optimization • Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local search visibility. • Create and optimize location pages and service pages. • Maintain NAP consistency and manage local citations. • Understand local ranking signals and Google Map Pack optimization. 3. On-Page SEO • Conduct keyword research and analyze search intent. • Optimize website content, headings, and internal linking. • Implement meta titles, meta descriptions, and SEO-friendly page structures. 4. Basic Technical SEO • Monitor and analyze performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics. • Identify and resolve indexing issues, crawl errors, and sitemap/robots.txt issues. • Basic understanding of page speed optimization and schema markup. 5. SEO Tools Expertise Experience with SEO tools such as: • Ahrefs • SEMrush • Screaming Frog • SurferSEO • or similar industry tools. 6. Link Building • Implement white-hat link building strategies including: • Guest posting • Niche edits • Outreach campaigns • Citation building • Avoid reliance on spam or bulk backlinks. 7. Communication & Reporting • Prepare clear SEO performance reports. • Communicate SEO progress, strategies, and improvements effectively. • Work on SEO projects targeting international markets (US/UK). 8. Portfolio / Case Studies Candidates must provide examples of previous SEO work, such as: • Keyword ranking improvements • Traffic growth reports • Google Search Console data • Case studies demonstrating successful SEO campaigns.
