CLM Project Manager (9+ yrs experience)

Job Title: CLM Project Manager Shift: EST Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote About the Role The Commercial/Procurement Digital Technologies (DT) team is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Contractor) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and digital transformation initiatives. This role will operate within the IT PMX operating model (hybrid of PMP & PRINCE2) to ensure full compliance with governance, standards, and internal controls. Allocation of Work: 70% – Contract Management Initiative (Primary Focus) 30% – Supplier System Portal (SSP – enabled through HICX) Key Responsibilities 1. Planning & Execution Develop and manage detailed project plans (milestones, dependencies, resources). Execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies (IT PMX framework). Coordinate cross-functional teams including architecture, development, security, and infrastructure. Manage vendors and external service providers. 2. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX, NIST, COBIT, and audit standards. Manage RAID logs, risk registers, decision logs, and financial trackers. Partner with audit, governance, risk, and compliance teams. 3. Testing Management Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle (strategy, planning, execution, defect tracking). Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business requirements. 4. Stakeholder Engagement Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive sponsors and steering committees. Facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and vendor partners. Operate effectively within a matrix organization. 5. Delivery & Support Lead cutover planning, dry runs, and go-live readiness. Support hypercare and transition to operations. Drive change management and end-user training. Deliver compliance documentation and governance artifacts. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. 8+ years of IT Project Management experience. 6+ years in Contract Management programs/projects. 5+ years managing Supplier Systems/Portal projects. Proven experience in large-scale IT/digital transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of ITGC and compliance frameworks. Experience with tools: MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow. PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred. Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English. Mandatory Skill (Deal Breaker) Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as: Ironclad Coupa CLM SAP CLM Agiloft Icertis (Client confirmed: CLM exposure is critical.)
