E-learning Graphic Designer (Contract)

Our work spans compliance, product training, leadership, and AI-driven learning experiences. The Role We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing E-learning development team. In this role you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements that enhance the learning experience within our e-learning courses. Responsibilities • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Storyboard Artists to translate concepts and storyboards into engaging visual assets. • Design a variety of graphic elements including icons, infographics, illustrations, characters, and user interface elements. • Ensure visual consistency with the overall course design and brand guidelines. • Develop high-quality graphics that are clear, concise, and appropriate for the target audience. • Work effectively with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to integrate graphic elements into the courses. • Maintain a well-organized library of digital assets for efficient reuse throughout projects. • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices for e-learning visuals. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on digital design. • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design skills, including illustration and icon design. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Understanding of design principles for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a cross-functional team. • A passion for e-learning and creating visually engaging learning experiences (a plus). Bonus Points • Experience working on graphic design for e-learning or instructional materials. • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate (a plus). • Experience with animation principles and software for basic animations within e-learning courses (a plus).
