Operations & Customer Service Associate

Roombae is a fast-growing tech platform helping students and young professionals find accommodation in cities like Boston, Berlin, Toronto, and more. As we expand to new markets, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations and customer communication. Role: Operations & Customer Service Associate Location: Remote (India preferred) Type: Full-time Key responsibilities • Manage incoming leads and customer inquiries • Coordinate with property partners and vendors • Handle booking flow from inquiry → recommendation → closing • Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems • Ensure smooth customer experience throughout the rental process • Assist founders with operational tasks and follow-ups • Handle WhatsApp, email, and call communication with clients Requirements • Excellent English communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable handling customers and resolving issues • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Prior experience in operations / customer support / sales support is a plus • Experience with CRM tools is a bonus • This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with founders and grow with a global startup in the prop-tech / housing space.
