🚀 Hiring: SAP Business Systems Analysts / Testers (3 Openings) 📍 Location: India 🏠 Work Model: Remote 🎯 Experience: 8+ Years 🌎 Supporting a Global SAP Transformation Program We are seeking experienced and highly capable SAP Business Systems Analysts / Testers to join our Quality & Adoption Enablement Team (Offshore - India) . These roles will support the next phase of a large-scale SAP transformation initiative, focused on: ✔ Strengthening SAP testing quality ✔ Building automated regression suites ✔ Enabling user adoption through digital in-application guidance 🔎 Open Functional Workstreams 1️⃣ Order to Cash (OTC) Focus Areas: • Customer order entry & management • Order fulfillment & warehouse execution • Shipping & delivery • Billing & invoicing • Logistics & finance integrations 2️⃣ Operations – Procure to Pay (PTP) & Manufacturing (PTM) Procure to Pay: • Purchase requisitions & purchase orders • Supplier lifecycle management • Goods receipt & warehouse processes • Inventory & stock management Manufacturing / Plan to Make: • Production execution • Backflushing • Shop floor integration • Material consumption & reconciliation 3️⃣ Record to Report (RTR) Finance Focus Areas: • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable • General Ledger • Chart of Accounts maintenance • Cost accounting & allocations • Financial reporting • Month-end & year-end close 💼 Key Responsibilities (Across All Roles) SAP Testing & Quality • Review, refine, and enhance SAP test cases • Align test scripts with functional design and business requirements • Execute SIT, UAT, and regression cycles • Identify test coverage gaps and integration risks • Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases Test Automation • Convert manual test scripts into automated regression suites (Panaya preferred) • Maintain reusable automation libraries • Support continuous regression improvements Digital Adoption Enablement • Develop in-application guidance using Whatfix (or similar DAP tools like Walk Me) • Translate business processes into guided workflows • Support analytics to identify training gaps and user behavior patterns Collaboration • Work closely with SAP BSAs, functional leads, and testing leadership • Participate in defect triage and test cycle reviews • Coordinate across integrated platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Commerce, EDI, Vertex, Open Text) • Proactively communicate risks and propose solutions 🎯 Required Skills & Experience ✅ 8+ years of SAP functional experience in OTC / PTP / Manufacturing / RTR ✅ Strong functional & regression testing experience ✅ Ability to convert business processes into structured test scenarios ✅ Exposure to automation tools (Panaya / Tricentis preferred) ✅ Experience with Whatfix / Walk Me (preferred, not mandatory) ✅ Strong analytical mindset and business process orientation ✅ Excellent communication and ability to work with distributed teams 🎓 Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Operations — or equivalent SAP functional experience. 🌟 Success in These Roles Successful candidates will: • Elevate SAP test quality and reusability • Build scalable automated regression suites • Improve user adoption through digital guidance • Act as a trusted extension of the SAP BSA team • Drive continuous improvement across testing and adoption frameworks
