This role will focus heavily on data visualization, dashboard development, and performance optimization using Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data storytelling, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to turn requirements into meaningful visual products . Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst (or equivalent role). • Strong expertise in Tableau and Power BI, and advanced visualization techniques. Special attention to visual best practices. • Basic familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics features in Power BI or Tableau (tool-embedded, not coding-based). • Knowledge of SQL as a bonus for collaborating with data engineering team. • Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, relational databases, and ETL concepts. • Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills. • Experience working with large, complex, or sensitive data. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. Knowledge of governance practices (e.g., data quality, access control). Experience in Agile environments.
