Resident Medical officer and centre manager ( Fresher)

Job Summary: We are hiring a Resident Medical Officer (BAMS / BUMS – Fresher can apply) who is willing to stay at the rehabilitation centre premises and provide 24-hour medical supervision to patients undergoing psychiatric and de-addiction treatment. The doctor will ensure patient safety, monitor withdrawal symptoms, manage basic medical emergencies, and assist the Consultant Psychiatrist in treatment coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Care & Monitoring Conduct daily rounds and monitor vital signs. Supervise detoxification and withdrawal symptoms. Administer prescribed medications as per psychiatrist’s guidance. Maintain proper medical records and documentation. 2. Emergency & Crisis Handling Provide first-line response to medical or psychiatric emergencies. Stabilize patients and coordinate hospital transfer if required. Ensure patient safety and suicide prevention protocols. 3. Treatment Coordination Assist Consultant Psychiatrist in implementing treatment plans. Monitor medication compliance and side effects. Work closely with nursing and counselling staff. 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain case files and admission/discharge summaries. Ensure adherence to centre policies and legal guidelines.
