Creative development (across platforms) • Manage the creative direction, writing, development, and execution of social content IPs and brand equity content • Own the creative execution across AI-powered content, brand led content IPs and social-first visuals • From concept to production, you’ll ensure our content and creative is bold, effective, and always on-brand • Work closely with Social Strategy to align creative with growth goals • Use retention, engagement, and platform data to evolve creative output and meet brand social growth goals. Lead Social-First Productions & In-house (across platforms) • Lead in-house content production from ideation to execution, ensuring quality output • Plan and execute storyboarding, editing, and post-production in-house or with agency support • Bring bold, thumb-stopping creativity to every shoot—whether in the studio or out in the field • Maintain SOPs, constantly updating them while working with production agencies and/or freelancers to bring the concept alive • Project Management: Work closely with the production agency / team to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution. Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. Ensure the execution timelines are met. Build Licious’s YouTube Content Strategy • Build the roadmap toward a scaled YouTube studio engine based on measurable experimentation proof • Define and execute a 6–12-month YouTube strategy focused on repeatable formats and subscriber growth • Lead the strategy and manage the agency building Licious’s surrogate page - Sizzle Room • Develop YT long-form and Shorts IPs designed for retention and compounding reach • Track watch time, retention, and format performance to refine content direction Set The Creative Bar High: • Champion Licious' social brand voice—ensuring content feels contemporary, distinctive, and authentic • Conceptualize for digital-first formats—content that work for Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. • Pioneer platform-specific content innovations tailored to emerging social media trends, brand’s goals and resonate with target audience • Generate insight driven, platform algorithm aligned and innovative creative ideas that capture attention and drive engagement. Create compelling narratives that reflect the brand’s values and connect with local culture and preferences. • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize future initiatives. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on platform performance analytics - viewership and engagement metrics. • Cultural Understanding: Stay informed about local social trends, language, and cultural nuances to ensure campaigns resonate with diverse audiences • Stakeholder Engagement: Present creative concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance collaboration and project success • Ensure all creative output meets the brand standard while following the project timelines We hope that you... • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in creative writing, content marketing, social forward content programming and a social first analytics approach • Impact and data oriented for content development • This is a hands-on role where you'll need to be - fast, agile, and built for impact • Strong understanding of social platform analytics and creative hooks • Excellent storytelling and content strategy communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in creative post production and production nuances
