Responsibilities:
- Find and onboard new clients from US and European companies, law firms, and other potential organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Utilize cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn to engage with potential clients.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, address their inquiries, and resolve their issues.
- Identify clients' needs and propose suitable solutions for patent litigation, patent analytics, searching, landscape, and related projects.
- Collaborate with the founder and executive team to devise effective strategies for attracting new business and achieving sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Build and supervise a team of business development professionals to enhance the client portfolio.
- Directly report to the founder and provide regular updates on sales activities.
Requirements:
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in business development and lead generation in the US and European markets, preferably within the legal intellectual property industry.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through methods like cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, or similar channels.
- Proficient understanding of patent litigation, patent analytics, searching, landscape, and related projects.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
