Visa Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa and immigration inquiries • Provide accurate guidance on study visas, work permits, tourist visas, PR pathways, and other immigration services • Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options based on eligibility • Convert inquiries and leads into consultation appointments and potential clients • Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients and guide them through initial processes • Update and manage lead records in CRM or lead management systems • Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth onboarding • Advise clients on required documents and initial application procedures • Maintain professional, transparent, and confidential communication at all times • Stay updated on latest visa policies and immigration programs • Assist in marketing campaigns by following up with digital or advertisement leads • Handle client queries, objections, and concerns effectively • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service quality Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience in visa counselling, telecalling, or immigration consultancy • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) • Ability to explain immigration processes clearly and professionally • Strong persuasion, client handling, and relationship-building skills • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email communication) Preferred Experience: • Previous work in immigration consultancy firms • Experience in overseas education consultancy • Exposure to visa documentation or counselling roles Key Skills: • Visa counselling • Client consultation • Telecalling / telesales • Lead generation • Client relationship management • Immigration guidance
