Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Healthcare Specialist based in Sonipat. The Healthcare Specialist will perform routine and emergency medical tasks, provide first aid and basic healthcare services, and assist in the implementation of health and safety strategies. The role involves effective communication with team members, conducting training sessions for employees, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and experience in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Medicine practices • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels • Experience in facilitating or leading Healthcare and Training programs • Knowledge of healthcare protocols and a commitment to maintaining safety and well-being • Certification or relevant degree in healthcare-related fields • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment • Prior work experience in a corporate or manufacturing healthcare setting is a plus
