Qualifications Required:

- Strong knowledge of Internal Control Systems, Risk Management, and Compliances according to companies Act 2013
- Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills related to financial operations
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial tools
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) preferable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Experience in managing teams and collaborating across departments
