Telecaller Internship

Job description We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to support our sales and customer outreach activities. This role is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in customer communication and sales support. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and leads Explain products, offers, and company services clearly Follow up with interested customers and inquiries Maintain call records and customer data accurately Handle basic customer questions and feedback Coordinate with sales and back-office teams Support lead generation and conversion activities Skills Required Good communication skills (English / Hindi) Confident and polite calling manner Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets) Ability to handle rejection professionally Willingness to learn sales techniques.
