Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled US Healthcare Recruiter to join our remote team based in India. This role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top healthcare talent from the US market to meet the growing demands of our services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US healthcare system and recruitment practices, along with the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from a remote location. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various healthcare roles, including SLPs, OTs, and other related positions. • Utilize various recruitment tools and methods (job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, etc.) to source candidates. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to match with job requirements. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating smooth communication and scheduling. • Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare recruitment and regulatory changes affecting healthcare professionals in the US. • Manage recruitment databases and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and results. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically within the healthcare sector and familiarity with US healthcare professions. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for recruiting. • Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously and work independently. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
