Founding Teacher Role We are inviting a small group of Founding Teachers to help build an international early years school from the very beginning at Little Ivy preschool. Responsibilities: • Play a key role as Founding Teacher, helping build Little Ivy from the ground up and shaping classroom culture and daily routines • • Excellent spoken English is non-negotiable, this requires confident communication with children, parents, & colleagues. • • Take initiative, remain open to feedback, and show willingness to work closely with founders.
