Preschool Teacher

About the Role We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring Preschool Teacher to join our early learning team. The ideal candidate will create a joyful and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and holistic development in young children. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. • Create a warm, nurturing, and safe classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and participation. • Incorporate play-based and experiential learning activities across all areas of development. • Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance and effective routines. • Conduct continuous observation and assessment of children’s progress. • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and learning milestones. • Prepare teaching aids, displays, and maintain classroom cleanliness and aesthetics. • Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to plan events, celebrations, and enrichment activities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (NTT / ECCE certification preferred). • Prior experience of 1–3 years in a preschool or early learning setting. • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). • Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a passion for working with young children. • Creativity and flexibility in teaching methods.
