Job Title: Recruiter – Domestic Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Contract Duration: 6 Months Experience: 1–3 Years Job Description: Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment for IT / Non-IT roles as assigned Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and candidate follow-ups Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures Requirements: • 1 to 3 years of experience in domestic recruitment • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to work from office at Hyderabad location • Immediate to short notice preferred
