Fashion Designer-Garment Industry

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with experience in men’s bottom wear to join our garment manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabric, fits, trends, and production processes related to men’s trousers, jeans, chinos, cargos, and shorts. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop men’s bottom wear styles including trousers, jeans, chinos, cargos, and shorts • Research current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor products • Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings • Select fabrics, trims, colors, and washes suitable for men’s bottom wear • Prepare tech packs with detailed measurements, construction, and fit details • Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and production teams • Monitor sample development, fittings, and revisions until final approval • Ensure designs are cost-effective and production-friendly • Maintain design documentation and seasonal collections Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field • 2–5 years of experience in men’s bottom wear (garment sector preferred) • Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, patterns, and garment construction • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (preferred) • Knowledge of garment manufacturing and sampling processes • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple styles Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 23/02/2026 Expected Start Date: 25/02/2026
