Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Logistics Operations Company: LogiX Location: Mohali Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate (CSA) to support our logistics operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact logistics handlers and service providers to collect and verify service agreement information and maintain accurate records in our system.
