Creative Performance Associate (Video + Static) Location: Jaipur | Full-time | On-site About Loomkins Loomkins is a fast-growing D2C kidswear + toy brand based in Jaipur. We are building a content-first, performance-driven brand focused on storytelling and quality. Role Overview This is a hands-on creative execution role. You will: • Shoot video content • Edit reels & ads • Create static creatives (Canva/Photoshop) • Help improve ad performance If you enjoy both camera and design work — this role is for you. Video Responsibilities • Shoot reels using iPhone (founder-led, product-led, storytelling) • Shoot inside factory (production, embroidery, packing) • Shoot kids wearing products • Edit short-form videos for Meta ads • Test multiple hooks and creative angles Static Creative Responsibilities • Create performance-focused static ads • Design carousel creatives • Repurpose UGC into graphic formats • Create offer creatives (sale, drops, launches) • Maintain brand aesthetic consistency Performance Focus • Create 15–20 creatives weekly (mix of video + static) • Work on improving CTR & ROAS • Help reduce creative fatigue • Think like a seller, not just a designer This role directly impacts revenue.
