Job Title: General Manager (Banquet Sales & Operations) Salary Range: ₹ 40000 to ₹ 60000 Job Timings: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Job Location: Sahibabad ( Nearest Metro is Vaishali Metro) We are hiring a General Manager (Banquet Hall Sales & Operations) who can drive event revenue by overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client proposals to seamless event execution, focusing on maximizing venue utilization, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency by coordinating sales, marketing, and banquet teams, managing contracts/vendors, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure memorable, profitable events. Key Responsibilities: · Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies, prospect for new business (weddings, corporate events), create proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. · Event Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, manage event details from booking to execution, review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and ensure timely setup and service. · Operations Oversight: Collaborate with culinary, setup, and service teams, manage event inventory, oversee venue cleanliness, and resolve operational challenges. · Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, address special requests, gather feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels. · Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, forecast revenue, analyzes event metrics, and report on activities to management. · Vendor & Team Management: Negotiate with suppliers, assign staff duties, and provide feedback to improve service quality. Essential Skills & Qualifications: · Proven experience o 5 to 8 years in banquet sales, event management, or hospitality. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple complex tasks. · Proficiency in sales/catering software and MS Office. · A degree in Hospitality Management or Business is preferred. • It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
