**Job Description**
As a Regional Marketing Manager, IMEA, you will be responsible for leading a growing regional marketing team while actively participating in the day-to-day execution of marketing strategies. Your role will involve strengthening Lubrizols brand equity, driving demand for products and technologies, enhancing customer experience, and delivering data-driven communications to resonate with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with the IMEA leadership team, Vice President, Additives IMEA, and global marketing leadership to develop and execute a strategically aligned marketing plan.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the creation, alignment, and execution of the IMEA regional, customer, and product line marketing plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership, providing marketing insights to guide decision-making.
- Develop and manage the IMEA marketing budget with forecasting accuracy and clear ROI measurement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing managers, building advanced marketing capabilities within the team.
- Personally contribute to content creation, campaign development, messaging refinement, and technical copywriting.
- Partner with regional business leaders, marketing, commercial leadership, and global teams to ensure alignment and leverage global insights.
- Define and track performance metrics, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Lead regional customer marketing strategy, partner with key customers, and represent Lubrizol at industry events as a brand ambassador.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial/product management with success in technical or industrial sectors.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience with proven capability in coaching and talent development.
- Relevant experience in regional marketing, strategic planning, and execution of marketing campaigns.
