Role Description We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil engineering projects, planning, and execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The Senior Civil Engineer will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality results. The role also involves conducting technical evaluations and ensuring effective stormwater management solutions in all projects. Qualifications • Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and advanced knowledge of Civil Engineering principles • Minimum 4+ years of exprerience • Strong planning skills with experience in project scheduling and resource allocation • Experience leading and mentoring a team of Civil Engineers • Familiarity with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
