Role Description This is a full-time, on-site High Performance Sales Executive role located in Dehradun. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also oversee customer communication, pitch presentations, and negotiations while maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services. The position requires dedication, strategic thinking, and a strong customer-focused approach. Qualifications • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets • Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and demos • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for identifying and capturing new business opportunities • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects efficiently • Basic knowledge of sales analytics and CRM tools is advantageous • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
