Job Description: Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive
About the Role:
As a Tele Sales Executive (Work From Home) at MaadiVeedu.com - India’s trusted property search platform - you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company offerings, generating and qualifying leads and closing sales over the phone. This is a remote role with flexible timing work-from-home arrangements, with occasional office visits as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote property listings and services.
• Build rapport quickly and effectively explain features, benefits and advantages of listings.
• Qualify leads, record customer information accurately and follow up regularly to close sales.
• Handle objections professionally and turn inquiries into conversions.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly telesales targets.
• Update CRM or lead tracking systems with call outcomes and sales activity.
Experience & Skills Required:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or related sales role (BPO/Marketing/Sales).
• Proven track record in tele sales, lead generation and customer conversion.
• Excellent communication skills (Tamil required; any additional language is a plus).
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and remote communication tools.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer-service orientation.
Work Type & Location:
Work from Home (with occasional visits to office one or two times monthly or as required).
