Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in Inside Sales, based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing the sales process, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the organization's growth through strategic initiatives and effective communication. Qualifications • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential business opportunities • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships • Proven experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
