Website Link : Role Intent Drive the execution of event production from planning to on ground delivery. Manage vendors, technical teams, fabrication, logistics, and site operations to ensure every event is executed safely, efficiently, and at the highest production standard. Your Growth Milestones In 3 Months Understand internal production workflows, vendor ecosystems, and project timelines Support planning and coordination of fabrication, technical, and logistics requirements Work closely with Account and Creative teams to translate concepts into production plans Build strong working relationships with vendors, fabricators, and technical partners Assist in managing production schedules, BOQs, and site coordination In 6 Months Independently manage production for smaller and mid scale events Lead vendor coordination, fabrication timelines, and technical planning Oversee build schedules, site logistics, and crew management Ensure production quality, safety standards, and timely delivery across projects Work closely with project teams to solve on ground challenges quickly and efficiently In 12 Months — Become a Production Lead Manage end to end production across large scale events and brand experiences Lead vendor negotiations, production planning, and budget efficiency Drive operational excellence across builds, show days, and dismantles Strengthen the production vendor network and partnerships Mentor junior production team members and site coordinators Support the agency in delivering technically strong, innovative event builds What You’ll Do Translate creative concepts into detailed production plans and execution strategies Manage fabrication vendors, technical teams, and production partners Plan and oversee build schedules, site logistics, and crew coordination Track production budgets, BOQs, and material requirements Ensure safety protocols, technical standards, and production quality Lead on ground execution during build, show days, and dismantle Collaborate closely with Account, Creative, and Design teams What We’re Looking For 2+ years experience in event production or experiential build execution Strong knowledge of fabrication, technical production, and site operations Ability to manage vendors, crews, and complex production timelines Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure Detail oriented with strong organisational skills Hands on mindset with strong execution focus Why This Role Matters at MAG You will bring creative ideas to life through world class event builds You will work on high impact experiential projects for leading brands You will help elevate the production quality and operational strength of the agency You will play a key role in delivering seamless, large scale experiences Sounds like you?
