The Role As our Content Creator, your mission is to breathe life into our clients' digital presence. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written assets across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond. Whether it’s a 15-second viral Reel or a deep-dive blog post, you know how to capture attention and hold it. Key Responsibilities • Visual Storytelling: Shoot, edit, and produce high-impact short-form videos (Reels) and static graphics. • Copywriting: Craft compelling captions, headlines, and ad copy that align perfectly with different brand voices. • Trend Spotting: Stay 5 steps ahead of internet culture. You know the trending audios and memes before they hit the mainstream. • Content Planning: Collaborate with the strategy team to build monthly content calendars that drive engagement and conversions. • Brand Stewardship: Ensure every piece of content is "on-brand," high-resolution, and polished. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 1–2+ years of content creation experience (Agency experience is a huge plus). • Portfolio: Required.
