The role involves overseeing network administration, ensuring network security, and managing networking infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining network systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless connectivity. The role also involves providing technical support to customers, maintaining effective communication, and promptly resolving inquiries or issues related to network systems and services. Qualifications • Experience in Network Administration, Networking, and ensuring Network Security • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for resolving technical queries efficiently • Ability to diagnose and address system malfunctions or issues promptly and effectively • Proficiency in using network management tools and understanding of Ethernet and wireless networks • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar qualifications are advantageous • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Networking, or a related technical field
