Job Summary The Aesthetic Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and staff management. The role involves coordinating between doctors, therapists, front office staff, and management to ensure smooth functioning of the clinic while maintaining excellent patient experience and service quality. Key Responsibilities1. Clinic Operations Management • Manage the day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic. • Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, therapists, and front office staff. • Monitor appointment scheduling and patient flow to minimize waiting time. • Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and compliant with health standards. 2. Patient Experience & Service Quality • Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction. • Handle patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally. • Maintain patient confidentiality and proper documentation. 3. Sales & Revenue Management • Achieve monthly revenue targets for aesthetic treatments and procedures. • Promote clinic services, packages, and skincare products. • Monitor treatment conversions and package sales. • Develop strategies to increase patient footfall and repeat business. 4. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure clinic operations comply with medical, safety, and regulatory guidelines. • Maintain records of treatments, patient files, and billing. • Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs and policies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. • Certification in Hospital or Clinic Management is preferred. Experience • 3–7 years of experience in aesthetic clinic / cosmetic clinic / dermatology clinic management. • Experience in healthcare, cosmetology, or wellness industry preferred.
