Service Trainer

Job Role: We are hiring a motivated Service Trainer to develop the technical and customer handling skills of our service team and improve overall workshop performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical & soft skills training for technicians and service advisors Provide induction training for new employees Identify training needs and monitor performance improvement Ensure company and OEM service standards are followed Support team productivity and customer satisfaction goals Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Experience in automobile service or training preferred Good communication and presentation skills Immediate joiners preferred.
