Job Summary: Responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality service to VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.Provide personalized service to VIP clients, ensuring a premium and memorable experience. • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP customers and handle all inquiries promptly and professionally. • Coordinate special requests, reservations, upgrades, and exclusive services. • Maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. • Monitor client preferences and maintain detailed records for personalized service delivery. • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, sales, front office, concierge, etc.) to ensure smooth service execution. • Handle complaints or issues with urgency and discretion. • Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP experience and suggest service improvements. • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times. • Assist in organizing VIP events, meetings, and exclusive experiences when required. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
