Copywriter – Script & Social Media Content

Role Overview We are looking for a copywriter who specialises in short-form script writing for social media. This role is not focused on traditional blog or long-form content. The primary responsibility will be creating engaging scripts for reels, short videos, brand stories, and campaign content. The ideal candidate understands how storytelling works in 30–60 seconds, knows how to write strong hooks, conversational dialogue, and social-media-first scripts, and keeps up with the pace of digital culture. Key Responsibilities • Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form brand videos • Develop hooks, storylines, and dialogues for social media content • Work closely with the marketing and creative team to convert ideas into scripts • Adapt brand messaging into conversational, engaging video content • Contribute creative ideas for new content formats and concepts • Ensure the brand voice remains consistent across all content Requirements Required Skills • Strong storytelling ability for short-form video • Excellent command over conversational writing • Understanding of how content performs on Instagram and short-form platforms • Ability to write engaging hooks and punchy dialogue • Quick thinking and ability to write scripts based on fast-moving trends Preferred Profile • Someone who constantly consumes social media content and understands why certain videos go viral • Experience writing scripts for reels, digital campaigns, or branded content • Creative thinker who can translate ideas into simple but impactful video scripts Location: On-site / Remote / Hybrid / Consultant Benefits Provident Fund Overtime allowance Medical Insurance
