We are looking for Amazon Account Managers to join our Account Management team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts and Amazon Ads, with a strong understanding of ecommerce operations and growth strategies. Candidates with proven experience in scaling Amazon brands will be given higher preference during the selection process.
Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
• Manage and scale assigned Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts end-to-end
• Monitor account health, compliance, and key performance metrics
• Ensure smooth operations across listings, inventory, pricing, and logistics coordination
Seller Central Operations
• Handle day-to-day operations in Amazon Seller Central
• Create, manage, and optimize product listings and catalogs
• Monitor Buy Box performance, stock health, and suppressed listings
• Handle account issues, cases, and performance notifications
Advertising & Growth (Amazon Campaign Manager)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and budget management
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
• Improve ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS through data-driven strategies
Ecommerce Strategy
• Develop and execute account-level growth strategies
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement
• Support brand expansion initiatives on Amazon
Client Communication & Reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Prepare performance reports and business reviews
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for clients
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Working knowledge of Amazon Campaign Manager (Amazon Ads Console)
• Understanding of Amazon algorithms and ranking factors
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Preferred / High-Weightage Criteria
• Prior experience as an Amazon Account Manager
• Experience managing multiple Amazon brand accounts
• Proven track record of scaling Amazon businesses
• Advanced Amazon Ads optimization expertise
• Experience in performance marketing and marketplace growth
Experience
• Preferred: 1-5 years of experience in ecommerce or Amazon account management
• Freshers with strong Amazon ecosystem knowledge and hands-on exposure may be considered for junior roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
