Outreach Manager

Department: Outreach Location : Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Position Overview: We are looking to appoint a dynamic and result-oriented professional to represent Manav Rachna University in Varanasi. The staff member will be responsible for driving outreach initiatives, managing marketing activities, and supporting admission-related processes in the region. Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions in and around Varanasi. • Organize career counselling sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for students and parents. • Coordinate with school authorities for presentations, student interactions, and participation in education fairs. Marketing & Branding • Execute region-specific marketing campaigns in alignment with university branding guidelines. • Manage promotional activities including seminars and local events. Admissions • Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, admission processes, scholarships, and university benefits. • Generate and track leads from outreach and marketing activities, ensuring conversion into admissions. • Provide timely updates and reports to the central admissions team. Desired Profile: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management/Marketing/Business Development. • 2–5 years of experience in outreach, student counselling, admissions, or marketing (education sector preferred). • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel extensively within the region. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Other Requirements: • Must be based in/around Varanasi or willing to relocate. • Proficiency in English and Hindi (written & spoken). • Basic IT and reporting skills (MS Office).
