Key Responsibilities: . Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents . Explain courses and training programs clearly . Maintain and update enquiry database . Follow up with prospective students for admissions . Build and maintain positive relationships with students , Achieve admission targets . Coordinate with the academic team when required Skills Required: . Positive communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred) . Confident and convincing speaking ability .
