Roles and Responsibilities of an Meta Ads We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and the broader Meta ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating, managing, analyzing, and scaling campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI.. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns. • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies. • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives and copy. • Monitor daily performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports. • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Set up and manage pixel tracking, custom conversions, and event-based retargeting. • Stay updated with Meta’s advertising policies, platform updates, and trends.
