Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities include personnel management, employee engagement, and creating a positive working environment. Qualifications Proficient in Human Resources and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits and administration Skills in Personnel Management and fostering employee well-being Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred Familiarity with labor laws and best practices Package 2-3 LPA
