Job Title Façade Designer / Façade Engineer (2–5 Years Experience) Job Location Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala CTC : Upto 6LPA(Negotiable) Job Type Full-time Experience Required 2–5 Years We are looking for Façade Designers with 2–5 years of experience for a back-office façade design team based in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have experience in façade systems, shop drawings, aluminium and glass works, and coordination with project/site teams. Candidates with exposure to GCC or international façade projects will be preferred. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and manage project drawing schedules to ensure timely submission of design, shop, and fabrication drawings. • Develop detailed façade shop drawings, installation drawings, and technical detailing based on approved design concepts and project specifications. • Prepare fabrication drawings and material detailing to support manufacturing and site execution requirements. • Generate glass cutting lists, material schedules, and quantity details as per project drawings. • Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical design issues. • Attend client and consultant meetings for design discussions and technical clarifications. • Prepare and update as-built drawings reflecting final installed site conditions. • Conduct internal drawing quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. • Support project estimation and technical bid preparation by providing material quantities and technical clarifications. • Review and revise drawings based on design changes, client comments, or site modifications. • Ensure compliance with façade system standards, fire-rated requirements, and safety guidelines. • Manage drawing deadlines effectively to support project execution schedules. mark comprehenssive JD - Facade… Required Skills • Façade Design / Curtain Wall Systems • Shop Drawing Preparation • Aluminium & Glass Façade Systems • AutoCAD • Fabrication Drawings & Material Take-offs • Technical coordination with project teams Preferred • Experience in GCC / International façade projects • Experience with Curtain Wall / Structural Glazing / ACP Systems Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
