SEO & Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Executive who can handle end-to-end digital growth strategy and execution for multiple client brands. The ideal candidate should be strong in SEO while also having hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent analysis • Develop and execute complete SEO growth strategies • Perform on-page optimization (meta titles, descriptions, schema, internal linking) • Conduct technical SEO audits (site structure, indexing, crawl errors, speed optimization) • Perform competitor and content gap analysis • Plan and execute blog and content strategies aligned with ranking opportunities • Develop backlink and authority-building strategies • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions • Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns • Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) • Set up and manage tracking systems (GA4, Pixel, conversion tracking) • Prepare performance reports with data-driven insights and scaling recommendations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,678.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time • Paid time off Work Location: In person
