Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager (SMM) | Content Strategist based in Noida. The role involves strategizing and managing social media campaigns, optimizing content for multiple platforms, creating engaging content strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across social channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and posting content, monitoring analytics to track performance, fostering audience engagement through effective communication, and collaborating with the creative team to align visual content with the overall brand image. The candidate will also work towards increasing brand visibility, fostering community growth, and driving online engagement. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) • Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to develop impactful and engaging content • Excellent Communication skills to manage interactions with the audience and other stakeholders • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements • Up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and social media platforms • Experience managing social media for brands; prior experience in a creative or media industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
