Digital Marketing & Growth Manager – D2C Brand

Job Summary We are building a fast-growing D2C nutrition brand . We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead performance marketing, brand building, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities • Lead Meta & Google performance campaigns • Build D2C growth strategy & GTM plans • Launch and scale products on Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) • Drive customer acquisition & CAC optimization • Build retention systems (CRM, Email, WhatsApp automation) • Improve repeat purchase rate & LTV • Build brand positioning & storytelling • Work closely with founders on growth strategy Ideal Candidate • 5–10 years in Digital / D2C marketing • Experience scaling consumer brands • Strong understanding of funnels, CAC, ROAS, LTV • Experience with Shopify / D2C tech stack • Data-driven & growth-focused mindset Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
