PR & Marketing Executive

Keyal Empire Designs Pvt Ltd is a group of leading fashion houses ( Marwar Couture, Payal Keyal & Asiana Couture). We are looking for a skilled Marketing & PR Executive to coordinate our brand communication, media relations, and corporate PR initiatives. Core Function To oversee and streamline marketing and public relations execution of brands under the Keyal Empire (Marwar Couture, Payal Keyal & Asiana Couture) . This includes initiatives across digital, offline, influencer, editorial, experiential, and promotional platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand direction defined by the department head. Responsibilities: • Execute and monitor the annual and quarterly marketing calendar as defined by the department head • Support campaign rollout across social media, influencer collaborations, celebrity sourcing, brand partnerships, and editorial placements • Oversee planning and coordination of photo shoots including vendor alignment, timelines, budgets, and content output organization • Manage and supervise paid and unpaid marketing initiatives including digital ads, collaborations, barter associations, partnerships, cross-brand activations, and promotional drives • Oversee commercial negotiations, rate benchmarking, and contracting for influencers, celebrities, agencies, and collaborators • Supervise influencer performance tracking (engagement, conversions, EMV) and maintain structured influencer & media database • Oversee press release drafting, media outreach, follow-ups, and quarterly PR reporting • Coordinate execution of offline events including previews, exhibitions, fashion shows, showcases, and experiential activations • Supervise guestlist structuring, RSVP tracking, influencer seeding, and post-event reporting • Ensure brand tone, positioning alignment, and messaging consistency across all communication platforms • Coordinate and manage external agencies, freelancers, photographers, stylists, media houses, ad partners, and other marketing vendors • Oversee website hygiene, campaign alignment, and development updates in coordination with relevant teams • Track competitive landscape and assist in monthly performance review discussions • Coordinate cross-functionally with design, retail, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives Additional Scope: Responsible for assisting and undertaking additional tasks across the PR & Marketing function as required by the department head over the lifecycle of employment.
