• Manage independently the Finance and Planning of Technology & Legal Group including Overseas. • Discharge the Finance responsibilities of Technology & Legal Group centrally for both UAE & Overseas geographies. • Ensure strict financial discipline by adhering to the company policies and procedures. • Manage stakeholder in providing relevant info of the Financials. • Provide ad hoc reports and information, trends, and transaction analysis.
