Visa Counselor or Digital Marketing Expert (Patiala)

- Provide accurate counseling to students regarding visa options (country, course, and university selection). - Handle end-to-end visa process, including documents, SOP assistance, filing, and follow-up. - Guide students on admission requirements, financial documentation, and application timelines. - Maintain strong knowledge of country-specific visa rules, updates, and compliance. - Manage student queries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and DMs. - Maintain and update CRM records regularly. - Coordinate with internal teams for offer letters, GTE, CAS, COE, LOA, etc. - Ensure excellent customer service and high conversion rates. - Achieve monthly counseling & admissions targets. - Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when required. Skills & Qualifications: - +2 pass out or Bachelor’s degree (Any stream; education/immigration background preferred). - Minimum 1 year of experience in study visa counseling. - Strong understanding of study abroad processes (Canada, UK, Australia, USA, NZ, Europe). - Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple cases with accuracy and confidence. - Good command over documentation and MS Office. - Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
