Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located at Masthan Hospital in Tamil Nadu, India. The Hospital Unit Coordinator will oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth unit operations. Primary responsibilities include coordinating communication between departments, managing patient admission and discharge processes, maintaining accurate medical records, providing excellent customer service, and liaising with medical staff to facilitate efficient care delivery. The role also involves providing training and assistance to staff and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and standards. Qualifications • Proficiency in Medical Terminology and a strong understanding of inpatient care processes. • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. • Experience in staff Training and supporting team collaboration for a seamless operational workflow. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare environment. • Proficiency in using hospital management systems and basic computer literacy is beneficial. • Educational background in healthcare administration, nursing, or a healthcare-related field preferred. • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage.
