Location & Employment • Location: Bangalore (On-site) - This is a customer facing role in our experience centers • Employment Type & Compensation: • Full-time - 4.2 LPA + 1.8 L incentives Key Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget. • Provide accurate and detailed information about different products, including features, benefits, alternative options and potential applications. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products • Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets Requirements • MBA/BBA students or recent graduates • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
