Product Manager – LuSi & TestChest (Autonomous Lung Simulation Systems) Location: Delhi, India Experience: 5+ years Department: Product Management Maverick Simulation Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, lifecycle management, customer adoption, and market success for LuSi, the world’s first autonomous neonatal lung simulator, and TestChest, an advanced adult and paediatric physiologic lung simulator. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical ventilation, respiratory physiology, and ICU/NICU/OT workflows, with the ability to deliver high-impact product demonstrations, training, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Demonstrations & Clinical Evaluation • Lead high-quality, hands-on clinical demonstrations of LuSi and TestChest, highlighting core capabilities such as ventilator integration, waveform interpretation, and simulation workflows. 2. Pre-Sales Technical Support • Prepare technical decks, demo plans, and clinical case scenarios for sales teams. • Address customer queries around ventilator compatibility, respiratory pathologies, and training use-cases. • Support RFPs, evaluations, and technical discussions during pre-sales cycles. 3. Installation, Onboarding & Training • Deliver structured clinical and technical training to hospital teams and simulation centres. • Create product documentation, quick-start guides, SOPs, and training content. 4. Post-Sales Support & Customer Adoption • Monitor usage patterns, training frequency, and overall customer adoption. • Provide refresher training, troubleshooting, and post-installation follow-up support. • Capture clinical feedback, case studies, and improvement requests to guide OEM updates. 5. Product Lifecycle & Market Intelligence • Contribute to end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including feature prioritization, usability enhancements, and roadmap planning. • Conduct competitor benchmarking, pricing/positioning analysis, and market trend assessments. • Represent the product line at workshops, CME programs, and national conferences. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in critical care, respiratory therapy, anaesthesia, biomedical devices, or medical simulation. • Strong understanding of mechanical ventilation, waveform interpretation, and neonatal– adult respiratory physiology. • Proven ability to deliver clinical demonstrations and communicate complex concepts to clinicians. • Competence in managing technical systems, documentation, and training content. • Solid project management and customer-handling capabilities. Preferred Qualifications • Background in Respiratory Therapy, Anaesthesia Technology, Critical Care Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or Medical Simulation. • Experience with ventilators, test lungs, or simulation equipment. • Familiarity with NICU, PICU, and ICU workflows. Travel Requirement • Willingness to travel for demonstrations, training, and medical conferences.
