Role Overview: As a Sr Executive Stores in Supply Chain Management, your primary responsibility will be to effectively interface with Central Store and Purchase team HODs, Nursing Heads, and Commercial team users. You will be required to demonstrate the effective application of technical and professional knowledge, follow appropriate inventory policies, manage accounts, and ensure the effective management of perishable items. Your role will involve disposing of expired items on time, ordering and reordering materials, monitoring proper receipt and issue of materials, and maintaining daily distribution of inventory indents. Additionally, you will facilitate inspections and quality checks of goods received, cross-check optimum storage conditions in stores, provide technical guidance and assistance to employees, and ensure adherence to inventory standards and waste control. It is essential to be well-groomed, punctual, and adhere to company policies and practices. You should have a complete orientation of the QMS and EMS system of the hospital, awareness about the Disaster Management Programme (DMP), and comply with service quality, process, environmental, occupational issues policies, and patient safety policy. Your role will also involve ensuring the safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal systems.
