If you have a robust background in clinical study coordination and enjoy working in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment, we’d love to connect with you. 📍 Work Mode: Remote 🕒 Shift: US Shift 💼 Work Type: Part-time / Full-time/Freelance 🔬 Key Responsibilities: - Manage study subjects including screening, enrollment, and treatment in compliance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs - Assist with eligibility assessments and obtaining informed consent - Act as a liaison with sponsors and external research sites - Support sample collection, processing, and storage activities - Assist with regulatory submissions, protocol review, and monitoring - Maintain study documentation, regulatory files, and Study Manager data entries - Provide cross-functional support to research teams and short-term projects 🎓 Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills ⭐ Preferred: - 7+ years of relevant clinical research coordination experience 📌 Additional Requirements: - Ability to work with patients and human research subjects - Compliance with medical surveillance and training requirements - Exposure awareness to clinical research environments and safety protocols Maxima Solutions Pvt.
